No Bake Superfood Energy Bites
INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- ¼ cup Karmalize.Me Organic Goji Berries
- ¼ cup dark chocolate
- ¾ cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Shreds
- ¼ cup Karmalize.Me Organic Chia Seeds
- ¾ cup Karmalize.Me Organic Almond Butter (mine is very liquidy)
- ¼ cup Pure Organic Maple Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add listed top 5 ingredients in a bowl, mix together.
- Add almond butter and maple syrup. Mix and fold together until well incorporated.
- Scoop 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture into your hands. Roll and press into bites. Optionally, press Goji berries on top of the bites.
